PATTERN #183 – “Summer” Cardy for MSD Girls

Inspired from a free pattern by "Stitch Nation", I re-designed it to be more “dolly friendly”.   It is a fun lace and cable short sleeve cardigan, great for summer and can be worn with skirts, shorts and casual pants.  Designed for slim ball-jointed dolls such as Narae, Unoa, Volks, Minifee, Jaime-Show, and vinyl dolls such as the Ellowyne Wilde series and the Kish Chrysalis series.  Great for Effner’s Little Darling Doll as well.

Rating:  #2 – Intermediate. You need to be able to read instructions increase and decrease stitches, work a lace design and simple cable work with row-by-row instructions (no chart to read).  Uses lace weight yarn on size 4/0 (0000 or 1.2 mm) needles with a small gauge of 15 stitches and 19 rows per inch.
