Lacey Pullover (Jumper) Tops The book Summer Classics by Louisa Harding, inspired this pattern.
The pattern comes with long sleeve and short
cap sleeve instructions, plus two different
lace applications. The lace work is
different from the original human version
for more “friendly” dolly work.
Scalloped edging followed by lace work finishes
bottom of sweater and the long sleeve version.
Thin ribbon can be woven in the knitted “entreduex”
work for a very nice finishing touch.
The pattern also includes instructions for
the headband and crocheted rose. This pattern
is sized to fit mid size ball-jointed dolls
such as Narae, Unoa, Volks, fashion dolls
such as Ellowyne Wilde and the Kish 14 inch
Chrysalis series.
Rating: #2 – Intermediate. Although you only need to know how to knit and purl, you must be able to read instructions to follow the lace patterns. I chose rather simple ones and you can choose to use either one or make one of each and learn some new techniques! Uses lace weight yarn on size 3/0 (000 or 1.5 mm) needles. Price: $7.95
