There are a vast number of dolls on the market and comparably speaking, I only own a few from the market place.  I only knit up for the dolls I personally own or have access to.  While knits do have a reasonable amount of stretch, there are probably a lot of dolls that will fit my patterns, I cannot guarantee, “one size will fit all”.
